Information accuracy

As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the product ordered is the right one for your vehicle and your needs. You must ensure to have the dimensions, weight and speed specified by the manufacturer, and also to have the proper bolt model, hub bore, offset, etc., for the car on which the equipment will be used before the order is placed. You are also in charge of giving the appropriate information to the agent when making any information request and/or order by email and you should verify the exactness of the information as soon as you receive the confirmation and before shipping your order.

TireDirect shall not be held responsible for any error or lack of information from the client, in such cases, a return or exchange may be declined.

Mounting and balancing

Prior to any wheel installation and/or assembly for on-road usage, please be sure to thoroughly test the fitment of your new wheels on each axle of your car to ensure their compatibility. You have to verify there are no contact points between the wheel and the vehicle. In the case where the wheels were installed or tires mounted on the wheels prior to the fitting test, it could not be possible to return or replace them.
