Processing your order
We process orders on business days and all orders are ready to leave our warehouse within 3 days.

Once you receive your tracking number, it means your order has left our warehouse. You can allow 3 to 5 more business days for our carrier to deliver your tires or wheels.

Free shipping?!
Yes, we do offer free shipping almost everywhere, some conditions apply. If shipping is not free, we offer the best rates in Canada! Free shipping applies to a minimum purchase of 4 tires or 4 wheels. Other conditions may apply, such as the size of your items or the delivery address. Delivery costs will be shown at checkout, whether free or not.

We will ask for a signature upon delivery. Make sure you received all items you ordered and contact us at info@tiredirect.ca within 48 hours (and before any installation!) if there is any problem.

We do not deliver to Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest Territories.

We only ship to billing addresses due to fraud prevention.
