We process orders Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm. Each order is usually processed by the next business day, and is shipped within 3 business days. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow it!

We proceed your order between 1 to 3 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you can allow 3 to 5 more business days for our carrier to deliver your tires or wheels. Our partners do their best to ship your order as fast as possible almost anywhere in Canada.

Please note that you may experience some additional delays for which we are not responsible. We will do our best to assist you in the follow-ups.

Pretty easy! Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with the carrier’s tracking number.

Yes, you can. But you must notify us as soon as possible. Important: if your order has already left our warehouse, extra fees will apply to cancel or modify your order. Send us an email at info@tiredirect.ca with your complete name, order number and the change needed.

Oops! Something went wrong! But we won’t let you down! If we unfortunately sent the wrong size or product you ordered, we will gladly take back the wrong items and send the good ones, with no charge. If you made a mistake while ordering, then some extra fees will apply to return your order and send the good one, as well as for the price adjustment of new products.

You can get a refund if the tires or wheels are still new and have not been mounted and balanced. Important! Extra fees will be applied to return your order if you unfortunately made a mistake while ordering. We will help you find the right size for your car. Yes, there’s a warranty on new tires and wheels. The conditions on the warranty depend on each manufacturer. To make sure that it applies to your situation, write us at info@tiredirect.ca.

You must claim your purchase on the manufacturer's website by filling out an online form or by downloading a paper form that you can mail them. Make sure you have all documents needed for your claim. It may take a few weeks before you receive your rebate: be patient! If there is any problem, as the mail-in rebates are managed by each manufacturer, you must follow up directly with them.

We benchmark our prices many times a year. We do try to offer the better prices! You saw a better price elsewhere? Unfortunately no. We are only a dropship vendor that ships all across Canada. We can put nitrogen, TPMS, stud your tires or mount and balance them on your new rims, but we do not install tires and wheels on your car and we do not have affiliated garages either.

Yes, we offer plans with PayBright by Affirm. You can create an account on PayBright and choose a payment plan (12 or 24 months) before completing your order. If so, you will need your card number at checkout. Or you can follow the steps after choosing PayBright by Affirm in the payment options. You will have to pre-authorize the monthly payments from your bank account: the approval time is quite fast. You will be able to complete your order easily with PayBright, and pay later!

We deliver almost anywhere in Canada except Yukon, Northwest Territories, Newfoundland and some rural areas. Please note that we do not ship to the USA.

Yes, we do offer free shipping, but certain conditions apply.

Free shipping applies to a minimum purchase of 4 tires or 4 wheels. Other conditions may apply, such as the size of your items or the delivery address. Delivery costs will be shown at checkout, whether free or not.

For a company like us, it is hard to offer free shipping for all orders (though we would looove to. But we are not Amazon!). But...! We do offer rebates on shipping! Depending on the tires you buy and your location, your shipping may be discounted (if it is not free)! Good to know! The discounted shipping fees will be indicated in the product’s page. Unfortunately no. Due to fraud prevention, we only ship to the billing address. As such, we thank you in advance for your understanding.

Our shipment always requires a signature upon delivery. All orders are safely prepared and packaged to guarantee trouble-free shipment and are then shipped by reputable carriers. Accessories, if any, will be properly wrapped with one of the wheels, therefore you should inspect the packaging for accessories before throwing them away and acknowledge their receipt.

If an item of your order seems to be damaged, take pictures as soon as you receive it and send us an email at info@tiredirect.ca. As each case is unique, we will take the time to analyze yours, make sure the damage comes from delivery or handling, and find the best solution to help you out.

Simply take a quarter and insert it between two grooves in the bottom of the tire, making sure that the nose of the moose is facing down. If the moose nose disappears, your tires are still good. If the nose is visible, you should consider changing your tires for your own safety. The thickness is less than 6/32.

You should not drive on a flat tire, even to the nearest gas station! It could do more damage to your tires. Instead, put on your spare tire to go to your nearest garage or call a tow truck. To prevent this annoying situation, you can buy a portable tire inflator you can keep in your car in the event of a flat.

Riding with a deflated tire can be risky and increases fuel consumption. The friction of your tires and braking is less efficient and can lead to a flat tire. A studded tire is a tire with studs that is installed directly at the factory on the production line. This ensures uniformity of installation. Studdable tire requires an in-shop installation by a technician and are slightly less expensive. However, the tire must be new and must not have been driven before the studs are installed.

Not all indoor parking lots or condos accept studded tires. Studded tires are legal during some specific periods that vary depending on your province.

Make sure to confirm with your local regulations before buying some.

Of course you can! Ordered the wrong size? Changed your mind? We can take back your unused and unmounted tires within 30 days after delivery date. Send us an email at info@tiredirect.ca with your order number. We will guide you with the steps to follow to return your order and get refunded.
